For small businesses to achieve good results, they need to know how to manage their business finances. Small and medium-sized companies with good performance have strong competitive advantages. To achieve this, we need talented people. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of financial management, human resource capabilities and marketing strategies on UMK performance. This research uses a sample of 99 UMK in the trade sector who are under the guidance of the Sidoarjo Regency Cooperative. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used was a simple random sample. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using a survey method. To answer the research hypothesis, an analytical tool called multiple linear regression was used. The findings of this research indicate that financial management, human resource capabilities and marketing strategies have a positive impact on UMK performance.
