The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed economic activities, particularly through e-commerce platforms. One of the innovations developed by Tokopedia is the Mitra Tokopedia feature, which enables small business owners and local merchants to sell digital products and services. This study aims to analyze the operational mechanism of Mitra Tokopedia and evaluate its compliance with Islamic economic principles. Using a qualitative library research approach, data were collected from academic literature, Islamic legal sources, DSN-MUI fatwas, and official information related to Mitra Tokopedia. The findings indicate that the platform operates through mechanisms that reflect the principles of wakalah (agency) and ijarah (service contract). The profit earned by partners is derived from sales margins and incentives rather than interest-based transactions, making it generally compliant with Islamic law. Furthermore, the system promotes transparency, fairness, and mutual benefit while avoiding elements of riba, gharar, and fraud. Therefore, Mitra Tokopedia can be considered a form of digital economic innovation that aligns with Islamic business ethics and supports community economic empowerment.
